You can cancel your optional coverage at any time by contacting Google Support at 1-855-836-3987. If you cancel this Service Contract within the first 30 days of the coverage start date, the price has been paid, and no service events have been paid, the service contract is void and you will receive a full refund. If you cancel this service contract within or after the first 30 days, and you incurred a paid claim, we will refund to you the unearned pro rata price, less any claims paid as of the cancellation date.
For Pixel Pass subscribers: You can cancel your optional Pixel Pass subscription at any time from your Google Store account on the Google Store subscription page. If you cancel within the first 15 days after your Pixel phone is delivered, you can cancel your subscription and send the phone back for no charge. If you cancel after that, your subscription ends at the end of your billing cycle and you must pay the remainder of your phone cost at regular price. If you cancel your Pixel Pass subscription, you'll lose access to Google One, Google Play Pass, and YouTube Premium, and your Preferred Care coverage will end.
