Get repairs or replacements without the hassle. Best of all, you can pay for coverage up front or in monthly installments. Here’s what’s covered:1

  • Preferred Care for Pixel 6 devices or newer protects your device with a 2-year extended service contract that provides unlimited mechanical breakdown claims after the manufacturer’s warranty expires and up to 2 accidental damage claims within a rolling 12-month period based on the date of the first repair or replacement based on the date of first repair or replacement.
  • Preferred Care for Pixel 5a devices or older protects your device with a 2-year extended service contract that provides unlimited mechanical breakdown claims after the manufacturer’s warranty expires and up to 2 accidental damage claims over the coverage term.
  • Preferred Care Monthly Coverage protects your device for up to 36 months with a monthly renewable extended service contract that covers unlimited mechanical breakdown claims after the manufacturer’s warranty expires and up to 2 accidental damage claims within a rolling 12-month period based on the date of the first repair or replacement.

Enjoy your device knowing we've got you covered. If it gets damaged, or has a mechanical failure after the manufacturer's warranty period, we'll quickly ship your replacement device.2 If you have a cracked phone screen, you can visit one of our participating walk-in centers to save on your service fee/deductible.3

Protection stays with your device

Preferred Care covers your device no matter where it goes in your country, even if you switch carriers or give your device to someone else. Simply request to transfer your coverage. Please note, Preferred Care Monthly Coverage can't be transferred.

It's easy to stay connected. File a claim 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by simply visiting the home page on this site and fill out the "File, Continue or Track My Claim" box located at the top right-hand side.
