Please note: If the approved claim involves a damaged or malfunctioning device, you will be provided with detailed information on how to return the device. If the malfunctioning/damaged device is not returned within 14 days from the date we ship the replacement product to you, you may be charged an unrecovered equipment fee up to $2,500.
