You can transfer ownership of an active Preferred Care service contract with no open claims or transfer requests. To submit a transfer of ownership request, follow the steps below.
Preferred Care Monthly Coverage plans are not eligible for transfer. Also, please note that if the service contract contains an Enhanced Hardware and Software Subscriber Assistance provision, this provision will not be transferred with the service contract.
